Coloring looks smooth^^
not to familiar with all the Akatsuki and Organization XIII members, i think i`ve seen most of them, but it looks like you did a good job emulating/translating them together

hmm, look more on 3/4 profile, the inner eye should be slightly smaller and have shading, and the nose (line and tip) and front cheek could have highlights, just a simple way of putting more perspective into it with a simple click or 2^^
(you have done this to a degree, but just a little bit more )

you should also try to avoid frontals and having several characters expressing the same angles in body and limbs, unless it serves it`s purpose so to speak, those often create a static feel, more dynamics in limbs flying so to speak but it`s ok for this kind of presentation thou...

Deidara`s hand look a little displaced on Tobi`s shoulder, i dunno, i think it`s the angle? maybe it should turn the other way? inward not outwards from Tobi...

anyway, enough of my butchering
i think it`s good, especially the coloring, keep it up girl!^^
